How It Works

  1. To use your ClassWallet funds to enroll your student in small group classes, just purchase any of our small group class packages through this site. You can browse available small group class packages here.
  2. After your transaction is complete, your Varsity Tutors educational director will promptly reach out to you via email to assist you in setting up your Varsity Tutors account. 
  3. Your director will provide you with a link to a form you can use to let us know which courses you would like to use your purchased hours to enroll in. You can browse available small group classes on the Varsity Tutors website here. Once you find a course in which you want to enroll with your purchased hours, simply fill out the form, and we will promptly get your student enrolled in the courses you have selected.
  4. When it’s time to meet for a course session, you’ll get an email reminder. To join your session and start learning, log into your account at varsitytutors.com, where you’ll find a link that will let you join your tutoring session on Zoom. There, your student will meet with their instructor and work on collaborative lessons.
